As you can see, my biggest percentage is made up of physical wellness, since I focus a lot on my physical health with practices. I make it a very big part of my life, and actually I could lower down to balance it out with other areas at times. My second highest percentage is spiritual, since I spend a lot of time at my church, and really make God a big part of my life. My next group is intellectual, since I spend a lot of time drawing to stimulate parts in my mind, and keep the creativity flowing through my head. My next groups are environmental and social, since I am very easy going at making friends, and I really appreciate my environment, but I could improve in areas, such as accepting more people and recycling more. My last, and smallest, groups are occupational and emotional since I am alright at controlling my emotions, but I do have mood swings, and although I am good at managing my time, I could put my school work before leisure time.

3 Areas of Improvement: Now analyzing my results, I can see that I need to improve more in the Occupational Wellness area and in the Emotional Wellness area. In the occupational wellness area, I can make sure to manage my school work and put it first before leisure. This could include also making a planner for all of the work that I have. I also need to make sure to make a list of how many hours I work and balance it with school. Finally, I need to make sure emotionally that I can speak to others when I have problems, and that I can control my mood swings easier. I could also make sure that I can find something that I enjoy to distract myself from any sad/depressing mood swings I have, such as drawing or writing.
2 Areas of Praise: There are a few areas that I'm doing very well in, and these are in my physical wellness, since I am almost always at practice maintaining a healthy body, and I am very spiritual, so I can praise myself for keeping up my worship.
3 Warning for the Future: I need to make sure in my physical fitness not to let down on practices. If I let down on my practices, then there will be a great chance that I will not be as physically fit, and be at a higher rate for disease. In my Environmental Wellness, I need to make sure to always recycle and appreciate the Earth. The materials that I use in my day-to-day life will not always be around, so I need to minimize the materials that I am using. This includes not using as much water, not wasting food, and always recycling so that materials can go in a constant cycle to be reused again and again. Finally, in my Occupational Wellness, I need to make sure to put school before everything, since school is my most important job right now. I need to manage my homework, so that I can get good grades, and ultimately get into a good college which will jump start my success in life. I can't slack off on days I don't feel like doing anything. I need to work to my highest potential, and succeed.

This is a drawing website, that could help people if they are ever upset about something. Drawing always helps me to be in a better mood, so I feel that other people could utilize this website to help them be happy as well.
Community Service Organization:
Most times people who are not in touch emotionally with themselves, or need help with their feelings need to talk to someone about how to manage their lives. The organization that I have found is called the APA, which is the American Psychological Organization. They are an organization that is based on psychology, and they are there for people to talk to about their problems, and how to find ways to solve them. They help to make sure that single people are emotionally put together, and they can control their own feelings.

Inspirational Poster
I chose this picture as my inspirational picture since it ties in with Environmental Wellness and Spiritual Wellness, since it talks about how cathedrals are good for you, but appreciating the Earth around you is better. Also if someone was to look deeper into this picture and the meaning, they could say that although Spiritual Wellness is very important, the Environment needs to be more important, since it is the world around us. Taking care of the Earth ensures that we can have all other dimensions of Wellness.
